Absolutely excellent customer service from OB. Ordered a dress which was beautiful on arrival; but sadly and strangely shrank badly after one wash. The OB team were super helpful and understanding about this and after I sent over some photos they offered to send a replacement dress or refund me in full.This hasn't put me off shopping here and I'll be ordering again in the near future! Thanks to Isobel, Becky and Shakira for sorting this out for me. :)

Such a shame this Dress wasn’t nice... Cluster Floral Print Yellow Maxi Dress was awful material felt really cheap and thin! But i will try other dressers from Olivia Bonas you win some you lose some but hopefully i’ll find one i love! Sorry again just being honest!

Always great products and lovely quality items. I ordered some earrings for my friend for her birthday and she loves them. They came very quickly and even the packaging was good. Will definitely be purchasing again.

We got given the PRINTED QUILTED BLUE VELVET DOUBLE BEDSPREAD for Christmas and we really loved it. It was warm and very luxurious to look at. It has salmon pink flowers with an olive background and stitching throughout the patterned side with blue velvet on the other. However after a couple of days either some of the stitching came loose or the patterned print would tear against the stitches when being moved or being sat on. This would leave small tears all over the bedspread. It seems the patterned fabric is very fine so it can be easily damaged.As this was a gift we have kept it and do love the look of it but believe it will not last long.

I ordered two plant pots and unfortunately one arrived broken. I emailed to ask for a refund and the money was back in my account the following day. I have had two experiences with customer services now and both times I have found them incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. It would take a lot for me to stop shopping at OB because the products are so nice! But the fact that the customer service is so good just makes me love them even more ☺️ Long live OB!

Very poor online service and experienced a significant customer persona data breech. I ordered 4 items, only 2 arrived as the others were out of stock. I saw one of the items on their outlet website through eBay, so ordered it. I then received an email with another customers personal data and their order. Still haven’t heard from them about my outlet order. AVOID them especially if you don’t want your data shared with random people.

Placed an order the 24,12,2020, it is almost a month and I have no news about my order. Their delivery partner Asendia is the worse you can get for deliveries because they do not update their site and meanwhile you are in limbo. My parcel is not traceable since the 14,01,2021 on Ascendia or the link provided by them linking to An Post that says the item is not in their hands.Checking the reviews of the amount of losts parcels is really scary. At this point I just want a refund and I will not purchase anything online from them EVER! Order number 2000754328**Update** Received my parcel some days ago. Also their support service was responsive and kind. However, I will not place another online purchase and only purchase in shop until they have improved their delivery and tracking service. Ascendia is really a pain.

The item I ordered on line was a pink coat and the material had a luxurious feel and the design was nice- unfortunately a button was hanging on by a thread, which was somewhat disappointing. However, the main issue, is that I have been charged for the same item TWICE, causing me overdraft fees from my bank.I emailed ‘ask at Oliver Bonas’ but received no assistance.This was my first experience of shopping at OB ?

Absolutely love Oliver Bonas. Clothing is top quality and customer service is excellent. We had a plant pot arrived smashed (which to be fair was likely the fault of the delivery guy) The lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite and they sent me out a replacement straight away.

Have done a few online orders for homeware and birthday presents always beautiful qualityClothing is lovely too.Also seen most negative comments are due to shipping/couriers something which O.B will have no control over if your order is late.

I’ve just had a delightful experience ordering online with Oliver Bonas!Not only were my (invented) gifts beautiful but they arrived very quickly after my order was placed!I love the range and creativity of the products they offer!Furthermore a tiny box of Lindt choccies were included in my offer! Fabulous!
